The original artwork, up to and including a color study was produced by me for Discovery Map.  Their in-house staff then did the final digital work, coloring and labeling the scanned artwork.  The project was enjoyable, but very time consuming.   For a dedicated artist, the ideal result is often more important than the practical aspect.  This is why artists are not running the world.
